Revolutionary War era Late 18th c. Brass Tinder Box w/ Striker Tinder and Flint

c.1770-1790 Brass Tinder Box. This box contains a period striker, flint, and wool wadding. 8-sided box is in good overall condition with an intact hinge and tight close. There are two pinholes in the base as pictured. Measures 4 1/4" x 2 3/4"Every soldier would have carried one of these. Well used with dents and wear.
