Federal era 1790 to 1810 Light Infantry Complete Accoutrement Set of cartridge box, belt, shoulder strap, bayonet frog, bayonet and scabbard.  The box, belt, belt, strap all show the same leather stampings.  This is a very rare piece to be found intact and will be seen rarely on the market.  An excellent piece from the founding of the coutnry from a light infanty soldier or militia.  While this has the look of a private purchase piece, Wayne's Legion light infantry used belly boxes and with belts and shoulder straps during the campaign.
